I am literally running out the door to head up to meet Lawson, Cate and Mike in PA for Lawson’s lacrosse tournament and I quickly had to make a gift card holder for my brother – it’s his bday today and he’s meeting us up there, too! Yay.
So I ran to my Cricut, grabbed the Artiste Cartridge a sheet of paper from our new Scholastic Kit, and created this in about 5 minutes:
I used Key l, Card, Fit to Page and it PERFECTLY fits a gift card. AND, you can fit two to a page. Simply fold on the score lines add a little tape and you are DONE!
To create the sentiment, I simply did a second cut on the same sheet using Key 5, Accent 1 and stamped using one of the images from this set that is included with the Cricut Bundle & our new Ruby Ink.
Throw on a piece of jacked up Burlap Ribbon (from our Fall/Winter 2012 Idea Book) and a couple of Durable Squares and POOF!
I think I’m in love.
Here are pics of the Key I used from the Cricut Artiste Booklet.
