Shout out to Heather Klump & Downtown Town Designs for the card inspiration. As soon as I saw it, I knew that I could recreate it using Close to My Heart’s Art Philosophy Cartridge. I simply used my Gypsy to weld together two of the pennants, added a circle and there you have a bow-tie. I used the Victory paper pack. This was a perfect card for my Let’s Get Fancy team meeting Make & Take!
